In compliance with the Code and the GDPR, Socyally, as further identified below, in its capacity as the 'Data Controller,' provides you with some information regarding the use of any personal data provided by users who consult and/or interact with the site.

INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 30 JUNE 2003 NO. 196 ('CODE') AND OF EU REGULATION 679/2016 ('GDPR').

The user is free to provide their personal data for the submission of their curriculum vitae, to request the sending of informational material or other communications. The processing of personal data will only be carried out to respond to the requests received, in accordance with Art. 6.1, letter b) of the GDPR. The provision of such data is optional, but failure to provide it may result in the inability to obtain what is requested.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing of personal data is carried out through manual, computerized, and telematic tools in a way that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data. Prevention and protection systems, constantly updated and checked for reliability, are used.

METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

For the pursuit of the above purposes, Socyally needs to communicate personal data to its 'appointees' and to external 'responsible' parties. The complete list of Responsible parties is available at the headquarters of the Data Controller.

CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

DATA CONTROLLER

Under Art. 7 of the Privacy Code and Arts. 15 and following of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain:

  1. Confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;

  2. A copy of your personal data;

  3. Correction of any inaccurate personal data about you;

  4. Deletion of your personal data;

  5. Restriction of the processing of your personal data;

  6. Personal data that you have provided to us or that you have created in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format - excluding judgments made by the Controller and/or persons in charge under Art. 4 of the Privacy Code / persons authorized to process data on behalf of the Controller under Art. 4 of the GDPR - and to transmit them, directly or through the Controller, to another data controller;

  7. Indication of: a) The origin of the personal data; b) The categories of personal data processed; c) The purposes and methods of processing; d) The logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; e) The identifying details of the Controller and any responsible parties; f) The period of retention of your personal data or the criteria used to determine that period; g) The subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the State, managers or appointees under Art. 4 of the Privacy Code / persons authorized to process data on behalf of and on behalf of the Controller under Art. 4 of the GDPR; h) The updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; i) The transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that do not need to be retained for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; j) Certification that the operations under letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

  8. Furthermore, you have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) For legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) To the processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. To exercise the above rights, you can send a communication to the email address privacy@alkemy.com indicating in the subject "Privacy - exercise of rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Arts. 15 and following of the GDPR". Finally, we inform you that if you believe that your rights have been violated by the Controller and/or by a third party, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and/or other competent supervisory authority under the GDPR.
